Wrist Arthroscopy With LT Pinning, And ECTR Using Disposable Kit

In this video, Dr. Badia demonstrates a wrist arthroscopy in a laborer. This patient sustained a tear to the lounotriquetral (LT) ligament, which was treated with percutaneous pinning. He also sufferred from post-traumatic carpal tunnel syndrome, which was treated with endoscopic carpal tunnel release (ECTR). In this case, the Trice Medical dispoable kit was used to perform the ECTR, which in the future will allow for this simple procedure to be done in the office setting.
