Megan Stockman is a Professional Aerialist who experienced a wrist injury named Kienbock’s Disease, which is a condition where the blood supply to one of the small bones in the wrist, the lunate, is interrupted. Bone is living tissue that requires a regular supply of blood for nourishment. If the blood supply to a bone stops, the bone can die. This is called osteonecrosis..
I heard about Dr. Badia through my urgent care local doctor. I did a lot of research and found out how highly trained he is, and that how he also trains other physicians….. I felt so fortunate to be able to work with him, says Megan Stockman
About Megan Stockman:
Megan Stockman is a dancer and aerialist based out of Kansas City. Trained as a dancer, she uses her technique and artistry in the air. She is constantly training in Ballet, Contemporary, Hip-hop, Lyra, Trapeze, and on custom apparatuses.
Procedure by Dr. Badia
A Wrist Arthroscopic Debridement surgery was performed by Dr. Badia.
Recovery
Megan has recovered fast and well and was able to go back to her career.
